Prior to co-founding Bendable Labs in 2023, Sarah spent more than 20 years in the edtech, learning sciences and human-centered design fields. Most recently, she served as the Drucker Institute’s senior director of social innovation and product owner for Bendable, the lifelong learning and workforce development platform created at the institute. Previously, she was a senior portfolio director at IDEO, the global design firm. As director of digital learning solutions at SRI International and as a product manager for Scholastic, Sarah led research and development teams that invented technology-based learning tools, including the award-winning intervention products Read 180 and Math 180. Sarah is a senior fellow at the Burning Glass Institute. For fun (not kidding!), she dabbles in theoretical physics.
